The Only Fees Charged by Mañana on Any Loan are Loan Discount Points:
2.9% of the Total Loan Amount for a 7 Month Term (no rehab)
5.0% of the Total Loan Amount for a 12 Month Term (with or without rehab)
Other Loan Expenses Not Charged by Mañana:
1. Title Insurance - Ask your title agent
2. Other Closing Fees - Ask your title agent
3. Survey - Usually around $400, but ask your surveyor
4. Prorated Interest from the Date of Closing Through the End of the Month
5. Prorated Property Taxes Through the Date of Closing - Ask your title agent
6. Property Insurance - for full term of loan at closing. Ask you insurance agent
7. Loan Documents - Typically between $500 - $800 depending on the complexity of your transaction
