Mañana will lend up to 100% of the total cost (including Rehab) and sometimes more if the cost is supported by the market value. The loan amount can also be increased if the Borrower has additional collateral that can be pledged against the loan.

Mañana typically lends up to 60% of ARV in San Antonio.

We make our own judgments of value and will be glad to let you know what we think. You will never pay for an appraisal when doing business with Mañana.
